5K #MAKASSARBERLARI #SAFERUNNING [20.03.2016]

Last night..on my way home.
I scrolled up my IG's home time line, and I found that there will be an event at CFD (Car Free Day) Mandala Makassar in the day after yesterday, which is today, 5K #MAKASSARBERLARI #SAFERUNNING

My friends (Kamal, Vedi, Itoh) and I decided to join this event.

Today's morning we woke up earlier, after a while, we went to Monumen Mandala Makassar at 5.45am cause the registration will start at 6am.
This event is presented by the Japanese sports drink which the commercial clip performed a girl band with almost 50 of members *I'm sure you know them so well* ahahaha

Registration - checked, we got the ID number, So let's strike a pose!!! ahahaha

SO READY TO RUN LIKE A PRO :)))
Taken Place : Monumen Mandala,  Makassar - South Sulawesi

As we heard from the committee, this event was held in some cities at the same time.
When we seen the route, it was quite worrying us, since the route was more than 5K, 5.6K for sure. hahaha
The route was familiar. We used to pass it by using vehicle, then today..we have to pass it by running?! sure?!. *think twice, haha

Warming Up session - checked.
5K #MAKASSARBERLARI #SAFERUNNING started at 7am.

I ran in the front row. I took around 35 minutes for this route. It was normal for me, since I usually do run 5K in around 30 minutes.
I finished first among 4 of us, then Itoh finished around 5 minutes after, while Kamal and Vedi finished around another next 5 minutes.

Finish Line.
Taken Place : Monumen Mandala,  Makassar - South Sulawesi

I wondered why Kamal and Vedi were very late finished. In fact, Vedi had to go to the nearest toilet. a morning business..hahaha..
They almost took a short cut since they didn't find any participants after they were starting over to run.
But finally they met another participants and it made their spirit up. VOILA!!! they passed the finish line!!!

YESSSSS WE DID IT!!! *proud*

The finishers #1

The finishers #2

One thing that surely will help much to get into the finish line during running.
BELIEVE YOU CAN DO AND YOU ARE HALFWAY THERE, cause MINDSET IS EVERYTHING AND MIND SETS EVERYTHING.
*trust me it works ~ act like a men in the high protein supplement drink TV commercial, lol

MY KIND OF MORNING RITUAL

Don't know why..when hearing about a word spells "ritual", it always refers to something magical, Don't you?!

However, I'm not going to talk about something magical.
What I meant about "morning ritual" is supposed to be something good that is routinely happened as a day starter. We are all must be taking a bath and having breakfast every morning every day, but this is definitely not about that thing.
A morning ritual should be an activity that could pump up your mood, also brings your mood in a good level for a whole day. It can be reading a book, having cup of coffee, or strolling around social media. It depends on every personal's enthusiasm.

For me, my own Morning Ritual is listening to music. A simple thing that doesn't need any money, tools and media. Sometimes I plug a rental earphone (since mine was gone..hahaha) to my laptop, or I let everyone around also listen to my playlist. Simple right?!

The playlist is random, but I always pick the upbeat song, local and international song, international song doesn't mean British or American song only, but also something happening nowadays, get it?! ahahaha.. yesss..K-Pop. hehehe

Yet, my first song to be listened, might be a song from Triplet GAC (Gamal Audrey Cantika) , titled "Bahagia" . I love the music, the lyric, and all its content, a very positive thoughts along the song. This song is easy listening, and easily could keep up my mood. :)

Have you listened?! Me did. So how is it?! I bet you all agree with me. hehe.
"Bahagia" means "Happy", this song indirectly stimulates me to be happy.

We would be someone what we think to be.
We are what we think.
When we think that we are happy, we surely be happy.
As I read some thoughts from the unicorn wannabe lady blog. I fully agree with these thoughts.
"Happiness is inside you and Happiness is a decision."

So why aren't we happy?! Happiness is simply in you and what you decide.
What are you waiting for?! Let's be HAPPY FOREVER!!!

OFF DAY for SAKA NEW YEAR 1938

Hi good people..
What are you doing in the day off like today?!
Me?! the hint is Bruno Mars song..Ahaha..Yeah I don't feel like doing anything :')*actually
However, since I try to be CONSISTENT to keep blogging regularly.
What I'm gonna do today is do Blogging. :')

I realized that today is an off day, but for sure, I didn't realize why today is off.
So I checked my calendar yesterday, and finally I knew that Today is Saka New Year 1938.
Saka Calendar is actually the official civil calendar in use in India, and also used by Indonesian Hindus.
In Indonesia, Saka New Year is identical with Bali (since Balinese majority are Hindus) and well known as "Nyepi Day" or Balinese Day of Silent.

One of my best friend, Anak Agung Oka Surya is Hindus. As I heard from her, during "Nyepi Day", Hindus have to stop their daily routine activities, they have to keep staying at home without any lights also entertainment. And more surprising, they also have to fasting in 24hours. So when "Nyepi Day" comes, you would never find the crowded roads like usual in all over Bali, since the roads just become void of any traffic.
I highly recommend you, don't ever go to Bali when "Nyepi Day", cause these rules are applied to the visitors also, except you wanna have the real "Nyepi Day" experience, just come and stay.

Well,
HAPPY SAKA NEW YEAR 1938 for BALI and  all colleagues who celebrate, especially for my dearest Anak Agung Oka Surya (and big fam) who celebrates in her new home town, Munich - Germany, for the first time. Hope everything will be better from now on. ASTUNGKARA..

Ps: I miss you anyway beb..Hope to see you soon within this year, AMINNN!!!

First thing we wanted to do was taking a photo in the most mandatory spot, yessss The Universal Globe.
BUT.....TETTTOOOTTT!!! Unfortunately It was under construction. Hell yeah!!! we already missed a thing at the beginning  --"

For substitution, we looked for something that presents about Universal Studio Singapore for photo purpose :))) And here is the only we got..USS wallpaper..haha..Poor us!

*actually we can purchase the ticket via online, but since I didn't do that. I had to buy it on the spot.
There were many ticket booths. The queue was so well-run. Very efficient.

[absent for] JAVA JAZZ FESTIVAL 2016 ; [throwback to] JAVA JAZZ FESTIVAL 2011

Today, 6th of March 2016, is the last day of JAVA JAZZ FESTIVAL 2016.

TOO BAD!!! I AM ABSENT --"

This isn't my first time being absent in JJF, since I lived in Luwuk from 2012 to 2014, I was absent too.
But as I know that the local guest stars for JJF 2016 are mostly I loved, WSATCC, Endah n Resha, Mocca, GAC, Yura, Maliq n D'essential, Andien, Teza Sumendra and many more. huhu..
That is why I'm so upset being absent this year. :'(

But life has its priority. Due to any reason, I am officially absent this year.
Never mind..hope for next year!!! AMINNNN

I'm just realized that the date of JAVA JAZZ FESTIVAL 2016 is similar with the date of JAVA JAZZ FESTIVAL 2011 --> 4th, 5th, 6th of March.

Well.. I can not share anything about JJF 2016. Then let me share something about JJF 2011..hahaha.. *poor me
Lets throw back to the same date 5 years ago!*so yesterday right?!haha
JJF 2011 was my first time attending JJF, and the 2nd one was last year, JJF2015.

Skinny Me at the mandatory spot of #JJF2011
Taken Place : JIExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta

I attended JJF 2011 with 4 of my friends (Conie, Udist, Sampank, and TongQ).
All except Sampank were directly coming from Surabaya to attend JJF 2011, while Conie, Udist, TonkQ and I were living in Jakarta at that time.

Me, Conie, Udist, Sampank, & TonkQ after Andien show #JJF2011
Taken Place : JIExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta

I don't really remember what guest stars we exactly watched. Cmon.. It's 5 years ago :)))
However mostly I remember, the highlight we watched was Maliq and D'essential in the closing show.

What I can say.. JJF 2011 was so fun and unforgettable *as it was my first time.
How about JJF 2015?! Of course it was pretty fun too, but lets talk about it later.
I am sure that JJF will always be a great event for all over Jazz lovers, especially in Indonesia.
Hopefully, See you in JAVA JAZZ FESTIVAL 2017. AMINNNN!!!

Just Call Me Bad Blogger (2) :'(((':

Hi people! (2)

So long time no new blog post (2)
How's life?! Just don't ask mine. ahahaha. (2)
Checking on my last post, It was Sunday, April 26, 2015.
Call me bad blogger. yes I am. (2)

Ahahahhaha...I just do copy and paste what I wrote on my last post.
I do really hate my self being a bad blogger. hahaha

Then... (2)
Actually, I don't know what to write now. (2) <<<--- DO Copy and paste AGAIN haha..

So why oh why in sudden I start blogging again?!
The reason is some days ago I watched you tube channel of a famous Indonesian Blogger that presents "TOP 10 BLOGGING TIPS" , and it *(especially the tips number 2) just touched me to start blogging again. She said :
THE ULTIMATE KEY of BLOGGING is CONSISTENCY.
The point is if you really wanna be a blogger you have to be really consistent, so you have to have a commitment to regularly post. <<<--- and OK, I realize that I don't have it yet. :'(((':

Well let's learn from GAS STATION, start from ZERO ahahaha..
Wish me have a CONSISTENCY from now on. AMINNN

It's almost a year from my last post and I am still living in Makassar mostly.
I love being here. It's easier for me to see beautiful sunset almost everyday *like this beautiful one that I took so long time ago.

Taken Place : Hatta Port, Makassar

Many things, the good and the bad, had happened to me.

Some trips, some unexpected things, and also such a culmination point of my life.
So actually, I have a lot of raw material to be written in the blog right?!

Ahahaha...once again I would like to say..wish me have a CONSISTENCY from now on. AMINNN
